Returns and Refund Policy

At My Book Nooks we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free and you do not need to give a reason.

1. Return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

2. Free returns
Return shipping is free. Email us at infoxpert.online@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label and the return instructions within 1-2 business days. You do not need to tell us why you are returning your order.
Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.

3. Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- unused, with all parts and instructions included;
- not assembled and not glued;
- in their original packaging, in a condition that allows us to resell them.
Because our kits are made to be built, items that have been assembled or glued cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged (see section 4).

4. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item or a part is missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement part, a replacement item or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Returns of these items are always free.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the money to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges (if any) are refunded in full when you return your entire order.

6. Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Cancelling an order
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. To cancel before it ships, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, please follow the return process above.

8. Delivery times
Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship within 1-2 business days and delivery takes 2-9 business days. We email you a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
Some accessories, such as craft glue, may be shipped separately and can take longer. This is stated on the product page.
